💳 Payment & Shipping

At Militariacollectie you can reserve and pay for your order via bank transfer.

Personal processing:  After placing your order, you'll first receive an automatic email with an overview of your ordered product(s).

I then personally process each reservation. You'll then receive a personal email confirming that the product has been reserved for you and providing clear instructions for shipping. This ensures secure payment and clear communication ✅. 

Important: You will only be asked to pay if the product can be shipped the next day after payment is received. If the product cannot be shipped immediately, it will remain reserved for you and payment is not yet required. This way, you keep your funds in your own hands until shipping is possible.

Other payment methods, such as PayPal, are possible upon consultation.

 Shipping:   Shipping is done via a recognized postal company, so that your order is delivered safely and reliably 📦.

After shipping you will receive a track & trace code to follow your order 🔍.

You may return an item within 1 week of receipt

• We ensure that the photos are clear and the product description is complete and informative, so that you have a good idea of the item.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
• Returns can be made within one week after receiving the package.
• After assessment of the returned item, and if it is found to be in its original condition, the paid purchase price will be refunded.
